GOST-R certification is a product conformity assessment system implemented by the Russian government in accordance with laws and regulations in order to protect the personal safety of consumers, animals and plants, protect the environment, protect national security, strengthen product quality management. The law on products and certification services issued by the Russian government requires that products must comply with the national standards and technical regulations of the Russian Federation, collectively referred to as GOST-R certification. GOST-R certificate is a document proving that the relevant products comply with the relevant product safety requirements of the Russian Federation. The issuing agency of GOST-R Certificate in Russia must be a certification agency or testing laboratory authorized by the technical and metrological Commission of the Russian Federation.

According to Russian law, all commodities listed in the list of compulsory certification commodities of the Russian Federation must pass the safety certification of the Russian government or its designated announcement agency, obtain the relevant certificate of conformity (GOST-R certificate), and affix the relevant safety certification marks as required before entering the Russian market. Therefore, GOST-R certificate is the pass for the import, circulation, trading, operation and sales of battery products in the territory of Russia.

It is necessary to determine whether the battery contains any active electronic components, which will correspond to different requirements.

1. information of the applicant (accurate name, address, contact person, contact information, etc. in both Chinese and English. If the registered address of the applicant is different from the address of the manufacturer, it shall be explained in detail respectively);

3. Contract documents between the applicant and foreign purchasers (procurement contracts directly related between the two parties, * * documents required for batch certification of application forms *);

4. Information and business qualification of foreign purchaser (accurate English and Russian name, address, contact person, contact information, inn certificate, ogrn certificate * necessary documents for batch certification of application form *);

5. Product information (accurate Chinese and English product name, series model and customs code);

6. Product photos or pictures;

7. Product manual (English / Russian version);

8. Product drawings (general mechanical drawing, electrical schematic diagram, hydraulic / pneumatic schematic diagram, etc.);

9. English version of ISO9001 quality management system certificate (within the validity period);

10. Internal quality inspection or third-party international certification certificate, relevant technical documents (internal test report, such as welding test, electrical safety test, etc., or third-party test report, international certification certificate, such as EU CE certification, UL certification, ASME or API certification, etc.);

1. The applicant applies for certification;

2. According to the product situation of the applicant, the certification authority shall confirm the certification mode and implementation requirements;

3. The applicant shall prepare and submit the documents required for certification, including CB certificate.

4. Determine whether sample testing or factory audit is required according to the certification mode;

5. Review and supplement the documents required for certification;

6. Issue certificate.

1. Single batch certification；

Single batch certification is applicable to the application of Russian importers for single - time product import. This kind of certification is issued to Russian importers and needs to be applied for according to the contract and invoice of imported products. Once the importer is changed or re imported, the certification will become invalid. Single batch certification does not necessarily require product testing.

2. Serial certificates (1-3 years)

Series certificates refer to certificates valid for 1 to 3 years. Such certification is usually granted directly to the manufacturer. A series of certificates are usually obtained based on the review of technical documents. A few products need to send samples to the designated laboratory in Russia for testing according to the requirements of relevant certification regulations, or Russian experts come to China for factory audit before obtaining the certificate.

(1) One year certification:

Russian importers usually do not need one-year certification. This kind of certification usually directly gives the manufacturer a one-year product certification. The name of the certified product will be indicated on the certificate. Within this year, the product can be directly imported into Russia for unlimited times.

(2)Three year certification:

After three-year certification, it can be used continuously and is valid for up to three years. The name of the certified product will be indicated on the certificate, and the product can be directly imported into Russia for unlimited times within three years. The three-year certification must pass the product test.
