REACH is the abbreviation of the EU regulation（REGULATION concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals） It is a chemical supervision system established by the EU and implemented on June 1, 2007. The REACH Directive requires that all chemicals imported and produced in Europe must pass a set of comprehensive procedures such as registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction, so as to better and simply identify the components of chemicals to ensure environmental and human safety.

1.Registration
All chemical substances with an annual output or import of more than 1 ton shall be registered, and chemical safety reports shall also be submitted for chemical substances with an annual output or import of more than 10 tons.

2.Evaluation
Including archival assessment and material assessment. File evaluation is to check the integrity and consistency of the registration files submitted by enterprises. Substance assessment refers to confirming the risk of chemical substances endangering human health and the environment。

3.Authorization
Authorize the production and import of chemical substances with certain hazardous characteristics that have attracted great attention, including CMR, PBT, vpvb, etc.

4.Restriction
If it is considered that the manufacturing, putting on the market or use of a substance or its configuration and products can not fully control the risk to human health and the environment, its production or import in the EU will be restricted.
