Fully charge the built-in battery of the battery pack according to the manufacturer's specifications. The battery shall be covered with a layer of gauze and placed on the cork board, which shall be covered with a layer of tissue paper. Then load each power output pin of the output port to draw the maximum current for at least 1H. The maximum current shall be slightly lower than the trip point of any protection device, which is considered to be 110% of its rated current.
Results: the gauze and tissue should be intact after the test

After the battery is fully charged according to the charging procedure specified by the manufacturer, it shall be charged with 1.5 times of overcurrent to protect the constant current discharge point. Cycle test 500 times.
Result: no fire, explosion and liquid leakage.
