Impact test
UN38. 3 certification
Test requirements

Fix all accessory surfaces of each cell and battery sample with a stable bracket.
Each cell or battery is impacted with a half sinusoidal acceleration with a peak value of 150gn, and the pulse lasts for 6 milliseconds;
Large batteries and large battery packs must be subjected to a half sine with a maximum acceleration of 50gn and a pulse duration of 11 pen seconds Wave shock.
After the sample test, the open circuit voltage shall not be lower than 90% of the open circuit voltage before the test. This requirement is not applicable to batteries and cells that are fully discharged.
Results: no leakage, no exhaust and no disassembly No cracking and no ignition.

UL certification
Test requirements

The battery is fixed to the test machine through a fixed bracket that can support all surfaces. Each battery was subjected to a total of three collisions of the same magnitude. The collision takes place in three directions perpendicular to each other. Unless there are only two axes of symmetry, only two directions need to be collided.
Each collision occurs in a direction perpendicular to the battery surface. The battery is in the initial 3MS. The minimum average acceleration is 75g (G is the acceleration caused by gravity). The peak acceleration shall be between 125g and 175g. The test shall be conducted at the ambient temperature of 20 ° C + 5 ° C.
Result: no fire, explosion and liquid leakage.

CQC certification
Test requirements

After the battery is fully charged according to the charging procedure specified by the manufacturer, fasten it on the impact table for half sinusoidal pulse impact test. In the first 3MS, the minimum average acceleration is 75gn, the peak acceleration is 150gn + 25gn, and the pulse duration is 6mst1ms. Three acceleration impact tests are carried out from every three directions.
The cylindrical and button type batteries shall be subject to vibration test according to their axial and radial directions, and the square and flexible packaging batteries shall be subject to vibration test according to three mutually perpendicular directions.
Result: no fire, explosion and liquid leakage.

CB certification
Test requirements

After the battery is fully charged according to the charging procedure specified by the manufacturer, secure each cell and battery with a stable bracket All fitting surfaces of the pool sample. The battery is impacted three times in each direction of the three mutually perpendicular installation positions, a total of 18 times.
. Each impact is a half sinusoidal acceleration impact with a peak value of 150gn, and the pulse lasts for 6 hours ms。
Result: no fire, explosion and liquid leakage.
