Environmental safety test
Temperature and Humidity Cycle test
UN38. 3 certification
Test requirements

Battery storage conditions are as follows:
The primary temperature cycle is 72 + 29c (6h) - 40 + 2C (6h)
The maximum interval of temperature conversion is 30min
Repeat 10 cycles
At the end of the cycle, the battery is left at 20 + 59C for 24 hours
After the sample test, the open circuit voltage shall not be lower than 90% of the open circuit voltage before the test. This requirement is not applicable to batteries and cells that are fully discharged.
Results: no liquid leakage, no exhaust, no disintegration, no rupture and no ignition.

UL certification
Test requirements

The battery is placed in the test room and subjected to the following cycles:
a) Raise the temperature to 70 + 3 ° C within 30min and keep the temperature for 4H.
b) reduce the temperature to 20 + 39C within 30min and keep the temperature for 2h.
c) reduce the temperature to - 40 + 3 ° C within 30min and keep the temperature for 4H.
d) reduce the temperature to 20 + 3 "C within 30min.
e) Repeat the above cycle 9 times
f) After 10 cycles, the battery shall be placed for 7 days for inspection.
Result: no fire, explosion and liquid leakage.

CQC certification
Test requirements

After the battery is fully charged according to the charging procedure specified by the manufacturer, place the battery in a controllable temperature box at 20 ° C + 59C for test.
a)Put the sample into the test box with the temperature of 75 + 2C and keep it warm for 6h。
b) ) reduce the temperature to 40 + 2 ° C within 30min and keep it warm for 6h.
c) raise the temperature to 75 + 2C within 30min and keep the temperature for 2h.
d)Repeat the above steps for 10 cycles.
Result: no fire, explosion and liquid leakage.

CB certification
Test requirements

The battery is placed in the test room and subjected to the following cycles:
a)Raise the temperature to 75 + 2 ° C within 30min and keep the temperature for 4H.
b)Reduce the temperature to 20 + 5% C within 30min. Keep the temperature for 2h
c)Reduce the temperature to - 20 + 2 ° C within 30min and keep it warm for 4H.
d) Raise the temperature to 20 + 5 ° C within 30min and keep the temperature for 2h.
e) Repeat the above steps for 4 cycles.
f)After the above five cycles, the battery shall be placed for 24 hours for inspection.
Result: no fire, explosion and liquid leakage.
