Vibration test
UN38. 3 certification
Test requirements

The cell and battery are firmly installed on the shaking table
The vibration increases from 7Hz to 200Hz in the form of sine wave, and then decreases back to 7Hz as a cycle, which lasts for 15 minutes.
The logarithmic sweep is: starting from 7 Hz, maintain the maximum acceleration of 1gn until the frequency is 18 Hz, then maintain the amplitude at 0.8 mm (total offset of 1.6 mm) and increase the frequency until the maximum acceleration reaches 8gn (the frequency is about 50 Hz), and maintain the maximum acceleration at 8gn until the frequency increases to 200 Hz.
One of the directions of vibration must be perpendicular to the polarity of the sample. Cycle each cell 12 times from three mutually perpendicular directions for 3 hours in each direction, a total of 9 hours.
After the sample test, the open circuit voltage shall not be lower than 90% of the open circuit voltage before the test. This requirement is not applicable to batteries and cells that are fully discharged.
Results: there was no leakage, exhaust, disassembly, rupture and ignition.

UL certification
Test requirements

The battery shall be tested at the ambient temperature of 20 ° C ± 5 ° C. The battery is subjected to a simple harmonic motion with an amplitude of 0.8mm (1.6mm maximum total offset). The frequency shall be between 10Hz and 55Hz, and the round-trip shall be carried out at the frequency of 1Hz per minute, and the time shall not be less than 90min ~ 100min The battery is tested in three mutually perpendicular directions.
Batteries with only two axes of symmetry must be tested perpendicular to each axis of symmetry.
Result: no fire, explosion and liquid leakage.

CQC certification
Test requirements

After the battery is fully charged according to the charging procedure specified by the manufacturer, fasten it on the vibration test bench for sinusoidal vibration test. The battery has 12 cycles from X, y and Z directions, and the cycle time in each direction is 3H in total
The cylindrical and button type batteries shall be subject to vibration test according to their axial and radial directions, and the square and flexible packaging batteries shall be subject to vibration test according to three mutually perpendicular directions.
Result: no fire, explosion and liquid leakage.

CB certification
Test requirements

After the battery is fully charged according to the charging procedure specified by the manufacturer, fasten it on the vibration test bench for sinusoidal vibration Testing. The battery has 12 cycles from X, y and Z directions, and the cycle time in each direction is 3H in total Move.
Result: no fire, explosion and liquid leakage.
